You have probably heard the news that ORRA is moving from the Supra Lockbox system to the Sentrilock Lockbox system at the end of August.  Supra eKEYs purchased under the Orlando Master Agreement will be terminated on the 29th of August 2024.
 

It is our understanding that many Realtors may want to retain the Supra eKEY so they can continue to access properties located in Central Florida as well as use their existing boxes in different markets. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible.

If you would like to transfer your Supra EKEY service to WVAR at a rate of $17.55/Month (with NO Application fee), please fill out the form below.  As requests are starting to come in strong, we want to organize everyone to make sure they get a call back or get the email with instructions of how to complete the process quickly.  Once we have your information, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the process, set up your payment profile, and enter your authorization codes.  Once that process is complete, we immediately request cooperating status from the surrounding boards to ensure you have access to boxes.

WVAR is also working with SUPRA on a lockbox swap whereby you may turn in your current blue Orlando lockboxes and replace them with new West Volusia lockboxes.  This will ensure continuity and help ensure that there are no “dead” boxes coded to greater Orlando in the marketplace.  We expect a drop shipment of boxes sometime in September and will begin reaching out to those who convert their keys to WVAR to determine if they would like to swap boxes.

No one is required to use an eKEY.  We understand that some Brokers and agents may wish to transition to a new system.   We are simply offering our assistance should anyone have questions about the future of SUPRA in Central Florida and how to obtain SUPRA services once ORRA’s contract expires.
